The united council of observers is organized in the capital of Russia. The pact of cooperation between international observers and association for the protection of electoral rights “Civil control” was signed on December 3.

Besides missions of CIS and OSCE, in monitoring of elections will take part a group of independent observers from Europe, USA, Israel and other countries.
This proposal came from Russian non-government organizations, which include association “Civil control”, Russian fund of free elections and Russian social institute of election rights.

The agreement involves the exchange of information about elections, informing the world society about the observers work.

The united council of observers will collect information about the work of observers that will be complied and disclosed.

December 2, representatives of Russian and international organizations, accredited to the elections signed a memorandum about independent supervision of the elections.
