French journalist, a member of international mission of observers Fabrise Beaur will oversee the voting process in Khabarovsk region and Jewish Autonomous region. At this hour he managed to visit Khabarovsk’s Precinct Electoral Commissions №185, 159, 160, 57, 350 and shares his observations:

- Voting passes in quite mode. We have visited 5 stations, located within the district Krasnoflotsky in Khabarovsk.
At all sites there are electronic ballot boxes, web cameras works normally, we met the heads of polling stations with observers from the candidates. No comments have been recorded. All information on the candidates is available.
