You have to register oneself first. However, if you already did this, in the following years your name will be in that register.

Exit polls are allowed for all organizations. During the day, in America you can agitate for any party or leader but not in the place for voting. You are allowed to speak what you want. Though, it is our model. Differences between this model and Russian’s are significant, but in the end, it is important that the process will give democratic result.

In Russia on the parliaments’ elections, according to my observes, everything is going normally.”
